Sorella Dance Company Waiver: By clicking SUBMIT and regisitering my child for Sorella Dance Company, I agree that my child may participate in all activities/events for Sorella Dance Company. I am not aware of any injuries, illnesses, or health issues that would restrict my child from taking dance classes or performing. I agree to assume all risks and expenses due to any injuries that may occur as a result of my child's involvement in Sorella Dance Company's classes, practices, and performances. I agree to hold Niqole Riding and any teacher or assistant teacher for Sorella Dance Company harmless in the event of injury to my child while participating under the above supervision.
